Booking a Reservation
To make a reservation it may be necessary to register at cheapparkingalicante.es, completing the online form and following the instructions. After registration, choose the date and time you wish to park and retrieve your vehicle. You will have a 30‑minute grace period from your selected time at no extra cost. Prices and offers shown on the website are only valid for online bookings at cheapparkingalicante.es and will be charged in euros (€).
Order validation implies acceptance of these terms and conditions as part of the contract. Unless proven otherwise, the details recorded by cheapparkingalicante.es constitute evidence of transactions between the site and its customers. cheapparkingalicante.es will archive the electronic contract and make it accessible.
Within 24 hours of purchase, CheapParking Alicante Customer Service will send a confirmation email. If you disagree with any details, you may request changes or cancellation.
Offer Availability
Offers are valid only during the promotional period and for the specified service. They cannot be applied to telephone or in-person reservations. If a reservation includes promotional and regular rate days, the total price will be calculated accordingly.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be made via the original payment method. No refunds are provided for cancellations less than 24 hours before the reservation.
Full refund minus a 5% bank fee if canceled at least 7 days prior to reservation.
50% refund minus a 5% bank fee if canceled 72 hours before reservation.
Claims
Claims for vehicle damage must be made at vehicle pickup, before leaving our facilities. Please email info@cheapparkingalicante.es.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Transactions on cheapparkingalicante.es are governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be settled before the courts determined by applicable jurisdiction. For customers outside Spain or companies, both parties submit to the courts of Alicante (Spain), waiving other jurisdiction.

Credit Card Payment

Charges are made upon reservation confirmation if authorization is granted. We never store your card details.
Bank Transfer Payment
No credit card is needed. You may complete your order and pay by bank transfer. Once received, we will process your order. To expedite, email info@cheapparkingalicante.es with proof of transfer and order details.
